Its design concept eliminates all unnecessary accessories and creates a simple and futuristic combination of modern thinking and classic design. This way of thinking is the result of Husqvarna Motorcycles’ Swedish heritage and is clearly visible in the VITPILEN 401. The light and slender body is part of the futuristic and intelligent design of the VITPILEN 401, which allows total freedom of movement on the go.
WHEEL
The 17 “wheels with anodized bronze spokes and the VITPILEN logo in electric yellow are another highlight of the VITPILEN 401 design. The wheels offer a unique sense of style and are also very robust, offering maximum reliability against unpredictability and challenging urban terrain.
ENGINE & GEARBOX
The VITPILEN 401 is powered by a remarkably compact 373cc single cylinder modern engine. With 37 Nm of torque from idle and a 6-speed gearbox, it is perfect for urban use. The electronic fuel injection is managed by a ride-by-wire system and offers precise, controlled and refined power delivery along with low fuel consumption. With a maximum power of 32 kW (44 hp), the VITPILEN 401 is accessible to A2 license holders, while its lightweight construction offers an equally attractive weight-to-power ratio for even the most experienced.
ESCAPE
The VITPILEN 401’s exhaust system consists of two parts, a steel pre-silencer and an end silencer, made of handcrafted aluminum finished with the iconic Husqvarna logo. The design fits in perfectly with the elegant overall look of the bike and, most importantly, it also ensures that the VITPILEN 401 complies with strict emission regulations.
