The design concept of the SVARTPILEN 401 was to remove all unnecessary accessories and create a simple and futuristic combination of modern thinking and classic design. This way of thinking is the result of the Swedish heritage of Husqvarna Motorcycles and is clearly visible in the SVARTPILEN 401. The light and slim body is part of the futuristic and intelligent design of the SVARTPILEN 401, allowing total freedom of movement on the go. The black color, the sculpted tires and the different protectors offer the bike a robust appearance in line with its urban explorer character.

The offroad-style handlebar with risers is anchored to attractive forged aluminum headrests, forming the center of the SVARTPILEN 401 command post. In keeping with the minimalist aesthetic and FUTURISTIC feel of its design, the command post it is free from any type of intrusive fairing, simply equipped with a single digital clock with all the necessary information.

The cast aluminum filler cap proudly displays the Husqvarna Motorcycles logo, as a hallmark of its high quality, standing out discreetly but boldly on the fuel tank. The SVARTPILEN 401 tank has a standard luggage rack, which allows the mounting of small packages for greater comfort and reinforces the robust appearance of this urban explorer.

The exhaust system of the SVARTPILEN 401 consists of two parts, a steel silencer and a final silencer, made of aluminum and finished in matt black. The silencer also has a standard thermal protector that fits perfectly with the robust design of the motorcycle. And something very important, the SVARTPILEN 401 also complies with the strict regulations on emissions.

The SVARTPILEN 401 is powered by an extremely compact, modern 375cc single-cylinder engine. With 37 Nm of torque from idle and a 6-speed gearbox, it is perfect for urban use. The electronic fuel injection is managed by a ride-by-wire system and offers precise, controlled and refined power delivery along with low fuel consumption. With a maximum power of 32 kW (44 hp), the SVARTPILEN 401 is accessible to A2 license holders, while its lightweight construction offers an equally attractive weight-to-power ratio for even the most experienced.

The SVARTPILEN 401 is equipped with ByBre brake calipers, manufactured to the highest standards, and in combination with 320mm perforated steel discs front and 230mm rear, offer controllable and reliable braking. The SVARTPILEN 401 also equips an advanced Bosch ABS system, guaranteeing the highest level of safety under different braking conditions. This feature can be completely disabled for more experienced pilots.

The SVARTPILEN 401 suspensions are signed by WP Performance Systems according to the highest standards, ensuring the highest level of quality and manufacturing. The front suspension is entrusted to a 43mm open cartridge fork, while at the rear it mounts a progressive damping system connected directly to the swingarm. High-quality components offer dynamic behavior ideal for crowded urban traffic.
