The Africa Twin Adventure Sports is the most radical and adventurous face of this Japanese maxitrail that celebrates the 30th anniversary of its birth. Being a motorcycle specifically prepared for long trips in which you can face many kilometers off the road, on difficult tracks and terrain, the changes introduced are so many that we are facing a new model in which both the redesigned fairing and the wheels stand out. of spokes or the longest suspension travel.

Ergonomics is different, with a flatter seat, higher ground clearance and more overall height. The fairing is designed to protect better and it also has a more robust crankcase cover and good side fenders to protect the motorcycle in the event of a fall.

For intensive off-road use, the seat is flatter – and 30mm higher – than that of the standard CRF1000L Africa Twin. It is adjustable in 20mm, 900mm or 920mm, (compared to the standard 870mm and 890mm). To complement the raised seat height, the handlebar position is 32.5mm higher and 5mm further back.

The fuel tank has 5.4 l. more gasoline to enable autonomy above 550 km. And for adverse conditions, both the heated grips and the AC outlet are a very successful element.
