Description
Honda completely renews its CRF250R, with a completely new engine and cycle part and which puts the crossera back in the first scene within the MX2 category. The 2018 model increases its power by 9%, so that, without having official data, it will be around 45 HP. This has been achieved, among other changes, to a new cylinder head with a shorter stroke than the previous one, which also allows for larger titanium valves. Another great novelty is the incorporation of the electric starter, disregarding the starter lever. Highlight the three maps available from the rider, which are selected through a button located on the left handlebar stem.
In the cycle part there are many other variations with respect to the previous model, since it adopts all the cycling of the CRF450R, more compact and light than the previous one. Debuts the 2018 CRF250R the new Showa 49mm fork and coil springs, which replaces the previous SFF TAC Air. The plastic fuel tank that was installed so far has been replaced by a titanium one, much lighter.
