Among the novelties in custom motorcycles for next year, Indian Motorcycles unveiled today at the Milan Motor Show the new Scout Sixty, a perfect model for those who want to customize it to their own liking.
The Indian Scout Sixty has a 999 cc liquid-cooled four-valve engine that delivers 78 hp and 88.8 Nm of torque, ensuring good acceleration and top speed.
Regarding the chassis, Indian has equipped the Scout Sixty with a light and rigid aluminum chassis and that thanks to its design, allows it to show great resistance and at the same time maneuverability. In the front suspension it mounts a conventional fork with a 120mm travel, while the rear is by means of two shock absorbers with a 76mm travel and that can be replaced by the wide catalog of accessories that the brand has prepared for this new model.
In the braking section, this custom motorcycle model from Indian Motorcycles comes equipped with ABS as standard and with a 298mm front disc with two-piston caliper, while on the back it mounts an equal-sized disc bitten by a caliper simple.
The Indian Scout Sixty presents a clear style of custom motorcycle, but adapted to the new times and tastes of customers with more modern lines than its sister, the Scout, but respecting the essence of Indian Motorcycle. This model, thanks to its low center of gravity and a seat height of just 643 mm, offers great maneuverability and comfort of use, both on the move and when maneuvering while standing still.
The 16-inch wheels made of black aluminum mount a front tire measuring 130 / 90-16 72H, with the rear 150 / 80-16 71H. Black takes center stage in this edition, leaving chrome behind but keeping the same low silhouette.
The declared dry weight of the Indian Scout Sixty is 246 kg and the fuel tank has a capacity of 12.5 liters, which ensures good autonomy.
