SHOWA SFF-BP FORK

The Showa SFF-BP fork is fully adjustable and offers progressive damping. On the streets, this advanced fork combines race-ready performance with ease of everyday use. On the track, it helps maintain front wheel traction while braking the entry and accelerating out of the turn.

3-MODE KTRC (KAWASAKI TRACTION CONTROL)

Adjustable traction control offers three settings to help maintain traction and deliver adequate power in a wide range of driving conditions from the street to the track.

Modes 1 and 2: allow a degree of slip to maximize acceleration in high grip conditions. The ideal slip ratio is determined based on real-time monitoring of wheel, engine speed, and a host of other parameters to prioritize forward acceleration.

Mode 3: Limit wheel spin to maximize traction in lower grip conditions. When excessive rear wheel spin is detected, the engine output is reduced to allow grip to regain. Mode 3 helps bikers negotiate both short stretches of less favorable roads (train tracks, manhole covers, etc.) and long stretches of roads in poor condition (wet pavement, gravel, cobblestones, etc.) with trust.

UNI-TRAK® REAR SUSPENSION

The fully adjustable Uni-Trak® rear suspension with progressive damping helps maintain rear wheel traction while applying power to the ground. This leads to safe braking and predictable handling both on and off the track.

SUPERSPORT CHASSIS

The pressed aluminum perimeter frame of the Ninja® ZX ™ -6R super sports bike features a slim design, allowing the rear to be compact and slim. High-performance geometry and lightweight construction produce responsive, lightweight handling for street driving, with the ability to change lines on command for track days.

ERGONOMICS

A supercar seat runs on a slim, bulging fuel tank, making it easy to grip the tank with your knees. A new adjustable clutch cam with five available positions allows you to modify the cam position to your preference.

LEGENDARY ENGINE 636cc

An inline four-cylinder engine with digital fuel injection works with a new shorter final drive ratio to further emphasize low-level torque and power, resulting in increased euphoria on windy streets and highways. , and the ability to quickly accelerate and pull up slopes.

NEW KAWASAKI QUICK SHIFTER (KQS)

This fast and highly reliable non-contact type shifting enables ultra-fast upshifts at full power for smooth, maximum acceleration on or off the track. When the shift lever has been engaged, the system sends a signal to the ECU to momentarily cut the ignition so that the next gear can be engaged for the clutchless shift.
