The TX 125 engine has advanced construction, incorporating the latest in 2T technology. The result is a powerful, lightweight and very compact engine. Furthermore, it is designed to centralize the masses providing excellent maneuverability and minimal fatigue for the pilot.
The cylinder is 54mm in diameter with an innovative exhaust valve design that offers class leading power and torque. The piston is designed to perfectly match the cylinder design, offering maximum reliability.
The high pressure casting process results in thinner wall thickness and low overall weight. The motor shafts are positioned in the ideal position to reduce the effect of oscillating masses for more precise handling. The historic Husqvarna logo adorns the bronze finished crankcase covers.
The WP Xplor 48 front fork has been developed by WP Performance Systems specifically for enduro riding. This fork features an open cartridge design with a spring on each bar and with separate damping functions. For 2018, the fork features new bottles with better flex characteristics and less friction, while a new, stiffer fit offers greater sensitivity and greater resistance to bumping.
The WP DCC rear shock is designed to provide advanced damping characteristics while retaining a lightweight and compact design. With a balanced pressure inside the shock absorber, the stroke is more fluid, which translates into greater comfort and manageability, while the corrugated outer surface of the tank improves cooling.
Sturdy black DID alloy wheels mate with machined hubs using new lightweight spokes with silver anodized aluminum nipples. In combination with these new rims, Metzeler 6 Days Extreme tires offer superior grip on a wide variety of terrain.
CNC machined, black anodized headrests with 22mm feed provide excellent quality and look across the entire Husqvarna range of enduro models. These steering decks have been manufactured with the most advanced technical procedures and materials to offer the highest quality and reliability. The handlebar comes standard with a two-way adjustment function that allows ergonomics to be adapted to the rider’s needs.
New in 2018 is the front and rear brake system signed by Magura. The system has a similar design to the previous one, but with an improved sensitivity for a more modulated touch while maintaining the highest level of performance. 260mm front and 220mm rear disc.
