Gas Gas

Gas Gas was born after the disappearance of Bultaco due to financial problems, when two of its agents, Narcís Casas and Josep Pibernat, found a store but no product to sell, so they decided to embark on a project to manufacture trial bikes to sell in your store.
The company manufactures and sells motorcycles since 1985. It is a world leader in the trial motorcycle market and is also in the top positions in the enduro sector. The brand is known for a high quality product and for its continuous research and technical development. Most Gas Gas models are still manufactured at the Salt factory.
The name of the brand (derived from an expression of bingo jargon that means “accelerate”) is often not understood outside of Spain, which has caused its creators to have expressed regret for the name. Others have joked that Gas Gas’s bikes are so good that they had to name them twice. The slogan “Gas Gas = Fast Fast” was used by the importer of the brand in the United States between 1999 and 2002 to try to get people to understand the name.
