Description
It derives from the GSX-R125 which has been stripped of its sports fairing and semi-handlebars to propose a more urban and radical aesthetic, starring its unique front headlight. In addition, a higher and flatter handlebar has been mounted, also varying the position of the footrests, to provide even more comfort when riding. It is the third Suzuki motorcycle that derives from a sports car after the GSX-S1000 and GSX-S750, which will also have a Z version with the same colors as that of the official motorcycles in the MotoGP World Championship.
Suzuki GSX-S125: lightness, comfort and sportiness
The GSX-S125 bases its charm on its lightness, something that helps its 125 cc engine for which no official power figures are known but it will surely be around 15 hp. The steering geometries pose an agile and sporty motorcycle that will delight those who want more than just a vehicle to get around, as the GSX-S125 inherits the aesthetic charms of Suzuki sports cars and its extensive experience in developing small engines.
It has a start-up assistant, a system that is only pressing the button once to wake up the engine. Standard ABS for brakes is an essential ingredient for an inexperienced audience who may find an anti-lock system very useful for emergency or low-grip situations.
Its multifunction LCD screen is a very current feature that it shares with its sporty sister. The use of LED lighting, both front and rear, reaffirms that avant-garde character found in this compact naked, whose seat is located just 785 mm from the ground.
