2019 R 1250 GS Adventure

The new BMW R 1250 GS Adventure not only offers adventure experience, driving dynamism, off-road capability and complete qualities. It also visually conveys these properties through newly designed body elements as well as highly distinctive color schemes in the form of a new basic paint finish and Exclusive and HP style variants.

The storage compartment lid now comes in black grain with an embossed GS logo, for example. Other new features include the intake breather tube cover and the Galvano look radiator adjustment elements. The fuel tank protection bracket and engine protection have also been recently designed. Once again, the presence of a new power unit is demonstrated by means of newly designed cylinder head covers bearing the inscription “ShiftCam” and the pipeline of the new exhaust manifold system.

Description

Basic version in Ice Gray:

In Ice Gray, the new R 1250 GS Adventure takes on a technical and modern look. It combines the standard black cross spoke wheels with black brake calipers and a black mainframe – together with the black coated powertrain, this creates a very smooth look. The matte metallic Aluminum Silver main frame and silver handlebar provide powerful contrast. The body finish is located on the center fuel tank cap and on top of the front wheel cap. A fascinating contrast is provided in this case by the sides of the fuel tank in White Aluminum 3 matt metallic and the front transporter in Nürburg Silver metallic. The galvanized plastic radiator trim adds a high-quality accent, as does the new model inscription. The driving dynamics and off-road qualities of the Adventure Enduro are highlighted with black hand guards along with the red and black seat.

R 1250 GS Exclusive:

In the Exclusive style variant and the matte metallic Kalamata body finish, the new R 1250 GS Adventure has a particularly powerful, masculine and innovative look. The matte black-coated powertrain provides the perfect counterpart to the main frame in Agate Gray metallic, as well as the black rear frame and black anodized tube handlebar. In addition, the finishing bracket on the front is finished in matte black, harmoniously combining the color scheme together with the black hand guards. The homogeneous masculine color scheme is enhanced by black spoke wheels. The Kalamata metal body finish is found on the center fuel tank cap and on top of the front wheel cap. The fuel tank side trim elements provide powerful contrast in Magellan Gray metallic matte combined with a graphic. The practicality of the new R 1250 GS Adventure is highlighted by the gold brake calipers, while the galvanized plastic radiator adjustment element and the new model inscription add a touch of exclusivity.

R 1250 GS Adventure HP:

In the HP style variant, the new R 1250 GS Adventure shows off its athletic capabilities. Here, the Lightwhite / Racing Blue Metallic / Racing Red color scheme particularly highlights the adventure and off-road qualities of the innovative enduro bike. While the Lightwhite main frame offers a sporty contrast to the matte black coated powertrain, the black rear frame brings a distinct sense of lightness to the rear section of the Adventure Enduro. Meanwhile, Racing Blue Metallic is located on top of the front wheel cover and on the center fuel tank cover. Dynamic performance and solid off-road experience are reflected on the sides of the fuel tank in Lightwhite matt, as well as the seat of the Rallye in the HP color scheme. The black tube handlebars, a matte black front carrier and the shorter Sport windscreen also highlight the rally character of the new R 1250 GS Adventure. Meanwhile, the gold-spoke wheels and brake calipers emphasize the technical qualities of the new Enduro adventure bike, with the new radiator guard highlighting its robust and practical character.
