The VITPILEN 401 is powered by an extremely compact modern 375cc single-cylinder engine. With 37 Nm of torque from idle and a 6-speed gearbox, it is perfect for urban use. The electronic fuel injection is managed by a ride-by-wire system and offers precise, controlled and refined power delivery along with low fuel consumption. With a maximum power of 32 kW (44 hp), the VITPILEN 401 is accessible to A2 license holders, while its lightweight construction offers an equally attractive weight-to-power ratio for even the most experienced.
The VITPILEN 401’s exhaust system consists of two parts, a steel pre-silencer and an end silencer, made of handcrafted aluminum finished with the iconic Husqvarna logo. The design fits in perfectly with the elegant overall look of the bike and, most importantly, it also ensures that the VITPILEN 401 complies with strict emission regulations.
The VITPILEN 401 is equipped with ByBre brake calipers, manufactured to the highest standards, and in combination with 320mm perforated steel discs front and 230mm rear, offer controllable and reliable braking. The VITPILEN 401 also equips an advanced Bosch ABS system, guaranteeing the highest level of safety under different braking conditions. This feature can be completely disabled for more experienced pilots.
VITPILEN 401 suspensions are signed by WP Performance Systems to the highest standards, ensuring the highest level of quality and workmanship. The front suspension is entrusted to a 43mm open cartridge fork, while at the rear it mounts a progressive damping system connected directly to the swingarm. High-quality components offer dynamic behavior ideal for crowded urban traffic.
